We do offset some of the shipping costs by passing on our commercial discounted rates, but there is an additional shipping fee.
HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED?
When your order is complete, you will receive an email that provides you with either a USPS or FedEx tracking number.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
Please allow 3-5 days to fill and process all orders and gift boxes, and an additional 2-6 days for shipping. If you’re in a hurry, email us at email@example.com with your order number, and we’ll try our best to accommodate your deadline. If you have a specific need-by date, please add that in the notes section at checkout to be sure we see your request.
MY ORDER IS BEING SHIPPED TO THE RECIPIENT; CAN YOU LEAVE OFF THE RECEIPT?
We ship A LOT of gifts directly to the recipients. Because of this, we automatically leave receipts and packing slips out of the packages. There is an option at checkout to mark the item as a gift just so we know this will be going to the recipient.
CAN YOU INCLUDE A PERSONALIZED NOTE IN MY ORDER?
Absolutely! All of our gift boxes include a complimentary gift message printed on a floral background. For all other items, we can include the floral printed note card as well. There will not be a gift message option with our individual products, so you will want to write this request and your desired message in the "notes" section of your cart prior to checking out.
THE TRACKING NUMBER SAYS MY PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED, BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVE IT?

LOST/DAMAGED BY POSTAL SERVICE:
Bric & Bella is not responsible for any errors made by the postal service. If your package is showing as delivered but was never received, or lost by the tracking number then contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will need your order number/receipt.
If a package is returned because an incorrect address was provided, the buyer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping. We will contact you for a new address, and you will need to pay for the new shipping and handling costs before the package is sent again. If 10 business days have gone by since we have received the returned package, a refund will be issued to the credit card that was used to make the purchase and the item will have to be reordered.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
No, we currently ship domestically and to Puerto Rico. Please stay tuned for any updates or changes to this policy.
I FOUND A GIFT BOX ON PINTEREST, BUT I DON’T SEE IT AVAILABLE!
Sometimes products we offer may still be mentioned on blog websites, even though they are no longer available for purchase in our store. We are constantly adding new pre-made gift sets to showcase our new products and keep up with current trends. We suggest using our box builder tool to build a gift box to fit your preference! And, you can always reach out to us at email@example.com to see if we can remake an older product for you.
I’M ORDERING GIFT BOXES, BUT THEY’RE ALL BEING SENT TO ME. HOW CAN I TELL THEM APART?
When ordering multiples, we will put in small writing on the bottom of each box the recipient’s name, or wedding party role depending on your particular order.
CAN I CUSTOMIZE MY GIFT BOX FOR MY BUSINESS OR EVENT?
If you are looking for gift boxes for a corporate event, client gifts, or wedding welcome boxes please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for bulk pricing options. Otherwise, we suggest using our box builder tool to build and curate your own design.
CAN I SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?
If you are shipping to multiple addresses you will need to checkout separately for each address. Some of our customers like to customize each box for their recipients. If you have any questions about large orders, please reach out to us at email@example.com. A large order would be 10 or more gift boxes.
DO YOU GIVE BULK ORDER DISCOUNTS?
Yes, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for any order over 10 gift boxes for a coupon code or custom quote.
CAN YOU ADD MY LOGO OR PAMPHLETS TO YOUR GIFT BOXES OR PRODUCTS?

IS THERE ANY ASSEMBLY REQUIRED?
We oversee the whole process of each gift box, from making the items, to packing and shipment. The gift boxes are 100% ready to give and wrapped in a bow. There is no assembly required on your part. We are here to make this process as easy and stress-free as can be!
WHAT SIZE ARE THE GIFT BOXES?
Our large boxes are 8 x 8 x 5", and our petite boxes are 6 x 6 x 4". They are sturdy boxes with our logo stamped in foil on the lid. Every box is wrapped in ribbon.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
On custom or personalized orders, all sales are final. A custom order is defined as any order made in the box builder tool, or any order containing personalized vinyl.
If an item arrives to you damaged or incorrect, please contact usand we will make it right. We will ask for a picture for verification that the order is incorrect.
